What it’s all about

Get to know the ins and outs of a high growth marketplace startup by assisting the Netherlands Category Managers through operational and administrative tasks. Help acquire sellers and buyers across the Trading Card Games, Pop Culture & Fashion categories through outbound reach out on social platforms.
Help the team understand user behaviour and trends. It is important to understand why users use the platform, what keeps them interested, why they leave, their suggestions for improvements etc. You will eventually get to understand our full user cycle!
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built. There may be an opportunity to extend or grow into a full time role!
You’ll be among the first to join the Netherlands team, working directly with Jake (Category Manager Netherlands) and will regularly engage with the Ops and Commercial team.
2. Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for passionate personalities committed to:
Join communities of collectors (on Facebook groups, Discord, etc.) and liaise with our market insider to become an expert of Trading Card Games, Pop Culture or Fashion categories
Attract users and sellers on our platform to make the category a key pillar of Voggt's growth
Help gather insight about users on the Voggt platform
Manage top sellers to achieve commercial targets
Assist Category Managers in day to day administrative and operational tasks
3. Key Requirements
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your objectives
You are great at relationship building and management
You are structured and detailed-oriented in your ways of working
You are focused on executing and delivering on time
Sales, marketing job experience (casual/internship)
Have completed a bachelor degree
You speak Dutch fluently
Required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
